FULL DESCRIPTION
Shampoo Assistant
Take charge of our bespoke salon backwash experience. You’ll administer a custom protocol tailored from a selection of 30+ luxury products.
Job Description
We require an individual that is motivated with a can do attitude, willing to work with the all other team to ensure that the backwash up to styling/technical service is executed to the highest standards. You will be required to have full product knowledge which will be provided to you.
Our Requirements
- Assist the team in the daily running of the salon
- Serving refreshments to clients & general customer care
- On completion of training shampooing, applying treatments and carry out head massages on clients
- Maintaining cleanliness of the salon
- Candidates must be enthusiastic, reliable and hardworking
- Have a high standard of personal presentation
- Good customer service skills
- Able to work well within a team
- No experience necessary, training will be provided
