What we are looking for:
Kind, reliable, and respectful individuals with a genuine desire to help others.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Flexibility to work various shifts (including weekends and evenings).
Previous care experience is a plus, but not essential – full training is provided.
Must be eligible to work in the UK and pass an enhanced DBS check

What you will do:
Support clients with personal care, medication, meal preparation, and daily tasks.
Provide companionship and emotional support, promoting wellbeing.
Assist clients to access social, leisure, and community activities.
Encourage independence and empower clients to live life to the fullest.
Maintain accurate care records and communicate effectively with families and healthcare professionals.
