We are looking for a lovely new Female Carer to join us in Kingston (KT1) and help our clients live happily and independently at home.

As a Live-In Carer, you will live with your client for the duration of your rota, providing high-quality, person-centered support.

You will be responsible for the physical, social, and emotional wellbeing of your client, including:

• Personal Care: Providing discreet and sensitive support (including catheter or stoma care).
• Meal Management: Planning and preparing nutritious meals and assisting with feeding.
• Health Support: Medication management and mobility assistance.
• Domestic Support: Light housekeeping to maintain a clean and comfortable home.
• Companionship: Building a strong, lasting relationship and providing emotional support.
• Reporting: Keeping accurate accounts via our care management app.

Requirements

• Gender: Due to the personal nature of the care, this role is open to female applicants only. *(Exempt under the Equality Act 2010).*
• Right to Work: Must be eligible to work in the UK without company sponsorship.
• DBS: Must be willing to undertake an Enhanced DBS check (or show proof of being on the Update Service).
• Communication: Excellent communication skills and a high level of empathy.
