Founded by passionate dog lovers, their mission is to create a calm, fun and high-quality environment where every dog is treated with care and attention. From stylish grooms to premium pampering treatments, [Employer hidden] built a brand that pet owners trust and dogs love.

They're now looking for a creative and enthusiastic Marketing Apprentice to join their growing team. This role is perfect for someone with a genuine interest in marketing, a love for dogs, and the confidence to communicate ideas and engage with our audience. Whether you’re creating content, supporting campaigns or sharing their brand story, you’ll play a key part in helping them grow.

You’ll be joining a supportive, friendly team who are passionate about what they do and committed to helping you succeed. [Employer hidden] believe in learning together, sharing ideas, and giving you the confidence to develop your skills in a real working environment.

As part of your apprenticeship, you’ll receive structured training through Baltic Apprenticeships, including 2-day training blocks every 4–6 weeks, alongside hands-on experience within the business, giving you the perfect balance of learning and practical application.

In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:

• Videography and photography of dogs within our purpose built studio.
• Voiceovers for videos explaining what is happening in the salon.
• Written content for social media – Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok – to drive engagement and brand visibility.
• Replying to comments and queries across social media channels.
• Researching content ideas and trends to keep DS relevant and ahead of the curve.
• Answering inbound client calls across our salons via our central phone system – you are often the first point in the client journey.
• Making outbound warm calls to existing clients to gather feedback on their experience.
• Collecting data and insight from client conversations to help inform which marketing campaigns to run and where to focus.
• Recording call outcomes accurately and feeding insights back to the team.

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge

• Love dogs.
• Are passionate about social media, content, and visual storytelling.
• Are confident and clear on the phone – clients need to feel looked after from the first ring.
• Are organised and reliable – you follow things through.
• Pick things up quickly and ask good questions.
• Are curious about what makes people tick – and how that shapes great marketing.
• Want to build a real career in a creative, growing brand.
• Grade 5 in GCSE Maths and Grade 4 in GCSE English.

Salary, Hours & Benefits:

• £18,000-£21,000 per annum.
• 9:15am-5:45pm (Tuesday-Saturday).
• 28 days annual leave including bank holidays.

This apprenticeship programme will provide you with everything you need to launch and develop your career in digital marketing. Afterwards, we’ll support you to take the next steps, including further training and progression onto a Level 4 qualification.

Your Training with Baltic Apprenticeships

This Level 3 apprenticeship provides the skills, qualification and experience you need to immerse yourself within an exciting, fast-moving industry and become an effective digital marketer.

With our expert online training and one-to-one support, you’ll channel your creativity and learn to create, implement, and analyse successful campaigns as part of a professional marketing team.
