Global Account Manager

(National/International Account Manager – NAM/IAM)

Up to £55,000 + Annual Bonus and Car allowance

West Midlands (Hybrid/Flexible Working Opportunity)

As a Global Account Manager (Consumer Goods/Licensing), you will be responsible for driving growth and commercial success across a portfolio of key UK retail partners and selected international distributors. What will you do as a Global Account Manager

  • Manage 8 key retailer accounts (Sainsburys, Morrisons, Asda, B&M.).
  • Oversee forecasting, order pipelines, and sell-through tracking.
  • Actively pursue new business opportunities and product gaps.
  • Support Head of Global Sales on budget setting, pricing, and delivery.
  • Attend UK and International Trade Shows and customer meetings.
  • Carrying out competitor and market research as required.

What will you need to be a Global Account Manager

  • 3–5+ years’ experience in NAM or IAM (Consumer Goods/Licensing preferred).
  • Experience managing similar major UK retailers and grocers.
  • Willingness to attend UK and International Trade Shows.
  • Strong understanding of P&L, pricing, and sales planning.
  • Experience supporting on JBPs
