Global Account Manager
(National/International Account Manager – NAM/IAM)
Up to £55,000 + Annual Bonus and Car allowance
West Midlands (Hybrid/Flexible Working Opportunity)
As a Global Account Manager (Consumer Goods/Licensing), you will be responsible for driving growth and commercial success across a portfolio of key UK retail partners and selected international distributors. What will you do as a Global Account Manager
- Manage 8 key retailer accounts (Sainsburys, Morrisons, Asda, B&M.).
- Oversee forecasting, order pipelines, and sell-through tracking.
- Actively pursue new business opportunities and product gaps.
- Support Head of Global Sales on budget setting, pricing, and delivery.
- Attend UK and International Trade Shows and customer meetings.
- Carrying out competitor and market research as required.
What will you need to be a Global Account Manager
- 3–5+ years’ experience in NAM or IAM (Consumer Goods/Licensing preferred).
- Experience managing similar major UK retailers and grocers.
- Willingness to attend UK and International Trade Shows.
- Strong understanding of P&L, pricing, and sales planning.
- Experience supporting on JBPs
