What will you do as Senior Commercial Manager?

You will hold full commercial responsibility for key accounts, driving strategic growth:

  • Own, manage, and grow all Grocery/High Street accounts within your portfolio.
  • Develop and implement Joint Business Plans (JBPs) to ensure strategic alignment and mutual profitability.
  • Deliver accurate forecasting and sales planning to inform operations and supply chain.
  • Drive brand presence and develop market/category share across all accounts.
  • Build exceptional relationships with all stakeholders, internal and external.
  • Bring a naturally positive and energetic persona to the high-performing sales team.

What do you need?

  • Robust Grocery/High Street sales experience is essential (e.g., Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Boots, Superdrug).
  • Strong background in growing accounts and proactive business development.
  • Proven ability to analyse customer/market data and effectively apply insights to strategy.
  • A deep desire for growth, not just maintaining existing accounts.
  • Demonstrate resilience, persistence, and a tenacious sales approach.
