What will you do as Senior National Account Manager?
Take ownership of the commercial strategy and execution for key accounts:
- Full end-to-end account management of multiple major UK accounts, spanning both on and offline channels.
- Lead National Account Managers by driving best practice and mentoring the team.
- Manage complex promotions, pricelists, and pricing negotiation forms.
- Deep-dive reporting and analytics, including accurate forecasting to optimize performance.
- Drive top line sales growth and profitability across your portfolio.
- Identify and secure new business development opportunities.
What do you need?
- Essential National account management experience within the Beauty sector across multiple retailers (e.g., Boots, Superdrug, Grocers, Pureplay).
- Confident in managing a small team or mentoring junior colleagues.
- Proven ability to build robust and successful relationships at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills with excellent Excel and Powerpoint abilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and commercial acumen.
