Account Manager – Beauty

What will you do as Account Manager?
Take full ownership of key retailer performance and strategy:
- Full end-to-end account management of multiple UK accounts, managing both online and offline channels.
- Manage promotions, pricelists, and complete essential pricing forms.
- Reporting and analytics, including accurate forecasting to drive commercial decisions.
- Drive top line sales and contribute to category growth.
- Work collaboratively with Marketing and NPD (New Product Development) teams on launch plans and campaigns.
What do you need?
- Proven National Account Management experience within the Beauty sector is essential.
- Experience managing accounts across multiple UK retailers (e.g., Boots, Superdrug, Grocers, Pureplay).
- Ability to build robust and successful relationships with buyers and internal teams.
- Strong analytical skills with excellent Excel and Powerpoint abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with commercial flair.
