About the Role

We are looking for a TikTok Shop Specialist to take ownership of the brand’s strategy and execution on TikTok Shop. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking beauty brand that’s experiencing rapid growth across both retail and online channels.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of TikTok’s commerce ecosystem, a passion for beauty and content, and a proven track record of driving e-commerce performance through creative and strategic campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive TikTok Shop growth strategy to drive sales and brand visibility.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the TikTok Shop, including listings, promotions, and campaign execution.
  • Identify new trends, creators, and content opportunities to enhance engagement and conversion.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to align product launches, influencer partnerships, and promotions.
  • Analyse performance metrics, optimise campaigns, and report on key insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with TikTok Shop features, tools, and best practices to ensure maximum impact.

About You:

  • Proven experience managing or growing TikTok Shop (brand or agency side).
  • Strong understanding of TikTok’s e-commerce and social selling ecosystem.
  • Creative, proactive, and data-driven approach to strategy and execution.
  • Passion for beauty, social media, and digital innovation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment, with occasional in-person team meetings.
