Overview:

I am partnered with a leading beauty brand & modern cosmetics business who has truly built its identity around a clean, minimalist aesthetic and a focus on enhancing natural features rather than masking them. What began as a tight, curated line has evolved into a steadily expanding collection, supported by a rapidly growing team and increasing visibility across the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management across multiple product development streams.
• Drive timelines, workflows, and approvals to ensure smooth delivery of launches.
• Oversee and mentor junior team members, providing daily support and direction.
• Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and other external partners to progress projects effectively.
• Partner cross-functionally with internal departments to maintain alignment and project clarity.
• Manage updates, risks, and milestones, ensuring clear communication throughout.
• Support the Head of NPD in maintaining a well-structured, efficient product development pipeline.

You Are:

• Proven project management experience, ideally across a full product development lifecycle.
• Experience managing or mentoring junior team members.
• Background in beauty/cosmetics is a plus, but applicants from FMCG, fashion, or other fast-moving industries are welcome.
• Confident communicator with the ability to guide and support a small, self-sufficient team.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable working with suppliers and partners.
