Business Development Manager

We’re seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to support growth across the Scotland region. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to expand business relationships and drive sales within the professional beauty and wellness sector, partnering with luxury spas, hotels, salons, and clinics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and strengthen relationships with existing accounts through regular visits, product introductions, promotions, and event coordination.
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence and achieve regional growth objectives.
  • Sales & Proposals: Assess client needs, prepare tailored proposals, and deliver compelling product presentations to secure new partnerships.
  • Market Engagement: Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and networking functions to enhance visibility and market understanding.
  • Performance & Targets: Consistently work toward achieving and exceeding sales and performance targets.
  • Product & Market Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the product portfolio, competitor activity, and wider industry trends.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams—including sales, training, operations, and logistics—to ensure smooth processes and exceptional client service.

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Proven B2B sales experience, ideally within the professional beauty or wellness industry.
  • Beauty therapy qualifications are highly desirable.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Must hold a full UK driving licence.
