What You’ll Be Doing
- Design AI That Makes a Difference: Co-create cutting-edge business solutions with clients that deliver tangible value. - Move Beyond POCs: Bring ideas to life with working prototypes and lead engineering teams to scale them into reality. - Break Down Delivery Barrier: Solve complex delivery challenges and connect the dots between [Employer hidden] engineers and the customer. - Inspire Through Leadership: Guide and mentor colleagues, raising delivery standards across the team. - Finger on the Pulse: With access to our industry leading partners, stay ahead of the the latest innovations to continually enhance how we deliver solutions. - Adopt an Ethical Approach: Champion fairness, privacy, compliance, and bias reduction to ensure AI is built for good. - Be a Trusted Partner to Senior Leaders: Build strong relationships with senior clients, challenging them constructively to lead in AI. - Steward Success Across Projects: Oversee multiple projects and accounts, raising the game through effective leadership.
