We are looking for a Senior experienced Hair stylist to join our Enfield team.

With a minimum of 5 Years qualified to NVQ level 2 or above.

Schedule:

Flexibility available

40 hours per week

Salary:

Minimum wage plus commission based on experience

Fully managed tipping 100% paid directly into your salary monthly

Extra commission for all treatment & retail sales

Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct personalised consultations to deliver a bespoke [Employer hidden] hairdressing experience for each client
• Build and expand your client base while fostering strong client loyalty
• Enhance client satisfaction by recommending expert colour services and promoting product sales through extensive hairdressing product knowledge
• Mentor and inspire apprentices, serving as a role model in the salon and embodying the esteemed [Employer hidden] brand
• Champion the Super brand status of [Employer hidden], actively promoting and maintaining its reputation

Summary

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hair customer service, demonstrating exceptional skills in colour, balayage & advanced colour services, grey blending, precision cutting & barbering, This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to mentor junior stylists while also managing front desk operations. The Senior Hair Stylist will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall client experience .

• Provide high-quality hair styling services, including cuts, colours, and treatments tailored to client needs.
• Perform barbering services with precision and creativity.
• Mentor junior stylists, offering guidance and support to enhance their skills and confidence.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by building rapport with clients and addressing their needs effectively.
• Upsell salon products and services to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue.
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Hair Stylist in a busy salon environment is essential.
• Strong background in barbering techniques is highly desirable.
• Previous experience in customer service roles, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with front desk operations within a salon setting is advantageous.
• Experience in mentoring or training junior staff members is beneficial.
