Technical Stylist (REIGATE)

Working Pattern – Up to 40 hours per week, across 5 days (Monday to Sunday) .. Part -time option is also available.

Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct personalised consultations to deliver a bespoke [Employer hidden] hairdressing experience for each client
- Build and expand your client base while fostering strong client loyalty
- Enhance client satisfaction by recommending expert colour services and promoting product sales through extensive hairdressing product knowledge
- Mentor and inspire apprentices, serving as a role model in the salon and embodying the esteemed [Employer hidden] brand
- Champion the Super brand status of [Employer hidden], actively promoting and maintaining its reputation

We're Looking for Someone Who:
- We are looking for someone with two years plus shop floor hairdressing experience.
- Demonstrate expertise in a variety of hairdressing techniques, delivering precise cuts, colours and styles
- Bring artistic vision to life by understanding clients' preferences and creating stunning hairstyles
- Provide exceptional customer service and cultivate long-term relationships with clients
- Manage a busy schedule efficiently, handling diverse client needs with flexibility and meeting deadlines consistently
