We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Salon Manager to lead our Shoreditch salon. The Role

As a Salon Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the success of the salon by:

  • Leading, motivating, and inspiring the team to deliver premium client experiences.
  • Driving sales and business performance through strong leadership and operational excellence.
  • Managing day-to-day operations, including staffing, scheduling, and customer service.
  • Overseeing stock control, payroll information, and financial reporting.
  • Ensuring compliance with health & safety standards and maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Supporting staff training and professional development, fostering a culture of continuous growth.
  • Acting as a brand ambassador, upholding the TONI&GUY image and values at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead by example with professionalism, punctuality, and commitment.
  • Manage and support stylists, technicians, and receptionists to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Build strong client relationships to deliver the authentic TONI&GUY experience.
  • Monitor business performance and implement strategies to achieve revenue and retail targets.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor team members to support career progression.
  • Oversee cash handling, daily reconciliation, and reporting processes.
  • Maintain salon cleanliness, stock levels, and operational standards.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Salon Manager or Assistant Manager in a premium salon environment.
  • Qualified stylist or colour technician with a strong understanding of salon operations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to grow sales and manage costs effectively.
  • Passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, creative, and dynamic environment.
