Key responsibilities include ordering parts, working with suppliers, raising purchase orders, and working with the team to deliver government tenders. Requires process-driven individuals with attention to detail and knowledge of Sage 50 and MS packages.
COMPANY OVERVIEW:
- #### MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Liaising with Project Manager to order the correct parts for deliver to sites
- Working with preferred supplier contractors on site and ordering ad hoc additional equipment on a daily basis
- Raising of purchase orders and inputting of invoices onto their systems
- Working with the team to deliver government tenders
- #### SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
You need to be process driven and enjoy seeing a project through from beginning to end. Be thorough, detailed and meticulous.
They would also love someone to look at their processes and if there is a better way of doing things, be happy to put up their hand and give an opinion.
Knowledge of Sage 50 and MS packages would be useful and if you have a knowledge of the construction, building or plumbing industries that could be helpful too, but it's not a must have.
