COMPANY OVERVIEW:
This company is a world leader in the design and manufacture of screens and displays used in the medical, defense and auto motive industries
They have their UK manufacturing site in Thame.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Detailed hand working of parts including:
- Trimming back mesh to customer specification
- Applying specialist taping or gaskets to customer specification
- Spray painting of parts
- Foiling, cleaning, wrapping and packaging to customer specification
- Final inspection of parts to customer specification
- Ensure completed orders are sent to dispatch
- Completing all required paperwork in an accurate and timely manner including work log, quality report and defect reporting
- Controlling stock, including accurately debiting raw materials used and assisting with stock checks
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- #### QUALIFICATIONS:
- Good level of desterity and fien motor skills
- Good eye for detail
- Good eyesight (with or without glasses or contact lenses) to enable inspection of parts / identification of defects
- Ability to work under own initiative and as part of a team
- Positive Mental Attitude
- Previous production experience advantageous, especially in a job shop environment

This is a permanent role with an immediate start available for the right candidate. Working regular days (37.5 hour week) with additional hours as required by the business. Normal working hours Mon-Fri 8am-4pm. Overtime at 1.5 x normal rate. We offer 25 days paid holiday plus statutory bank holidays.
