Salary £30,000 - £35,000 DOE

As part of our growth, [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is seeking a talented and experienced Midweight / Senior Designer to join our creative team in Norwich. This role requires a versatile designer with a strong foundation in branding, print, UX/UI design, andthe ability to contribute to pitch work for a broad spectrum of clients. Motion design and video editing skills are a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Branding and Identity Design:
  • - Develop and refine brand identities for clients across various industries.
  • - Create comprehensive brand guidelines that encompass logo design, typography, color palettes, and visual style.
  • Print Design:
  • - Design marketing collateral, including brochures, posters, packaging, and promotional materials.
  • - Ensure all print work aligns with brand standards and communicates the desired message effectively.
  • UX/UI Design:
  • - Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for websites and mobile applications.
  • - Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and enhance user experience.
  • Pitch Work:
  • - Collaborate with the business development team to create compelling pitch presentations.
  • - Contribute creative ideas and design solutions to win new business and impress potential clients.
  • Motion Design and Video Editing:
  • - Create motion graphics and animations to enhance digital content and presentations.
  • - Edit video content to produce polished and professional marketing materials.
  • Software Proficiency:
  • - Utilise Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) to execute high-quality design work.
  • - Leverage Figma for collaborative design projects and prototyping (training available if needed).

Experience

  • - Proven experience (3+ years) as a designer in a branding or creative agency environment.
  • - Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, print design, and UX/UI design.
  • - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is mandatory.
  • - Familiarity with Figma is preferred; willingness to learn Figma if not already proficient.
  • - Knowledge of motion design and video editing software.
  • - Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • - Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • - Keen eye for detail and a passion for design innovation.
