[Employer hidden] EBS is a modular student information system (SIS) designed for further education, Higher Education and vocational training organisations to manage and streamline student data, operations, and engagement. It provides a single, cohesive view of an institution’s learners, staff, and processes, with real-time reporting and customisable functionality due to the modular-based design.

The Role:

We’re looking for a dynamic professional to support customers in successful implementation of our EBS software and encourage strategic customer engagement. This role combines, project delivery, ongoing consultancy and customer advise and support, to ensure customers achieve maximum value from our solutions.

We are looking for people who can demonstrate the following skills and experience:

  • Project Management with the ability to plan, manage, and deliver projects within scope, time, and budget.
  • Providing software training, consultancy and advisory and services with the goal of empowering customer to optimise their software usage.
  • Ability to drive effective engagement with stakeholders at various levels and build collaborative relationships, with a focus on strategic product adoption and expansion.
  • Influencing internal product development and service improvements.
  • Supporting business development in pre-sales activities, including demonstrations and tender responses.
  • Managing customer incidents and escalations, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication.
  • Confident working independently and in a remote environment.

Working knowledge of our EBS software, OR Experience working with another student information system.
