Basic £40,000 (plus car allowance and bonuses), OTE up to £55,000

We are looking for a Store General Manager for an iconic, luxury retailer (family owned and operated) in Cheltenham (GL51).  A hugely autonomous role the successful candidate will be experienced in all aspects of running a successful furniture retail showroom.

This interiors brand is steeped in history and therefore requires someone who knows how to build a successful retail business with this tradition at the forefront of every action they make.

The successful candidate will;

• – Have an emphasis on results and effective systems that produce results through and with your team.

My client’s product ranges extend from the world of Interiors (Carpets, Curtains, Furniture) to kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms and the successful candidate will have a foundation in the field of interiors.

Practical implementation of a project in this area would be an asset, an understanding of changes in these retail sectors would be expected.
