We are delighted to announce that we are recruiting for an Assistant Manager for a leading luxury family owned interiors retailer for their store in Cheltenham.
The retailer has a financially stable and secure history of being family owned and operated and is currently going through a fantastic period of growth, modernisation and refurbishment; with the track record of internal progression the opportunities will be there for the right candidate to forge a long term career in a stable and secure environment.
The ideal Assistant Manager
– Must have experience in face to face furniture retail sales and management
– Be extremely personable and able to develop immediate customer rapport
– Be confident and highly motivated
– Be someone who is a high achiever with a proven track record of consistent sales performance.
Our client has been a household name for over 100 years and they continue to sell luxury furniture and homewares with around 45% of the same product line as that which you would find on the third floor of Harrods SW1X.

Basic Salary £27,000 – £29,000 + individual commission and bonus; first year uncapped OTE c£35-£45k
