1585 – Procurement Coordinator

We are partnering with a leading interior design studio to recruit a Procurement Coordinator with at least three years’ experience to manage the FF&E lifecycle for high-end residential and commercial projects. This role involves sourcing, purchasing, and installing furniture, lighting, and materials, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard. Not to mention, you will be working in the most beautiful studio space.

Responsibilities:

  • Source, purchase, and install FF&E (bespoke, off-the-shelf, antiques) in line with design intent
  • Prepare tender packages, obtain quotations, negotiate prices, and place orders
  • Track budgets, timelines, and long-lead items, keeping the team informed
  • Coordinate suppliers, contractors, and client teams for deliveries and installations
  • Inspect and approve deliveries, manage snagging, and assist with final reconciliation
  • Maintain documentation, cost comparisons, invoices, and weekly project updates

Requirements:

  • 3+ years’ experience in procurement for interiors or design projects
  • Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills and a team-player mentality
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general office software
  • Knowledge of furniture, materials, and sourcing options for high-end projects
