We’re partnering with one of London’s most beautiful design studios, a team known for their refined approach to luxury residential architecture and the exceptional quality of their built work. Their portfolio spans some of the most elegant private homes in the UK, each one delivered with a level of technical precision and design sensitivity that sets them apart.
They are looking for a technical designer who can bring clarity, rigour and creativity to projects across RIBA Stages 3, 4 and 5. You’ll be part of a close-knit team that blends architectural design, interiors, and technical delivery into a seamless process. The studio works at the very top of the private residential market, where every detail matters and collaboration between architects, designers, consultants and contractors is key.
This is a role for someone who loves the technical side of beautiful design, translating concept into construction, refining drawings and specifications, coordinating with consultants and ensuring that design intent and quality are never lost through delivery.
The studio itself has a warm, collaborative atmosphere, a beautifully designed space in South West London that reflects their aesthetic sensibility and attention to detail. They offer a hybrid working pattern and genuinely flexible culture, while maintaining the creative energy of an in-studio environment. You’ll be surrounded by a talented team who value calm professionalism, precision, and a shared commitment to excellence.
The ideal person will have strong AutoCAD skills, a deep understanding of UK building regulations and construction detailing, and demonstrable experience working on high-end residential projects through technical design and construction. Most importantly, you’ll care deeply about quality, both in design and in how buildings are made.
