Over the past five years, they’ve enjoyed exceptional growth, securing multiple headline projects across the UK & Ireland, and successfully competing against some of the biggest global names in the Energy sector. Their success is built on agility, innovation, and a relentless drive to lead the transition to a low-carbon future.
They’re now seeking to appoint a Head of Business Development / Head of Sales to play a strategic leadership role in shaping and driving their growth trajectory. This is a pivotal senior leadership position, with responsibility for leading the business development strategy, winning new clients, and building a high-performing sales function across the UK and Ireland.
You’ll be supported by a Head of Bids and a highly capable M&E / MEP / HVAC focused Pre-Construction and Technical team, enabling you to focus on building relationships, winning new work, and scaling the business development function.
Package
- £150,000 base salary
- Bonus (percentage of profit on new business secured)
- £10,000 car allowance

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the new business strategy across the UK and Ireland
- Identify, engage, and win projects with key decision makers in the Public Sector and Commercial markets
- Build and lead a team of regional Business Development Managers / Sales Managers
- Represent the business at senior level, ensuring strong client relationships and long-term partnerships
- Work closely with the leadership team to shape the organisation’s future growth trajectory
