A bit about the role…

Deliver great customer service in line with our ‘Mr Wicked Cares’ structure
Accurately process customer purchases to ensure stock accuracy
Complete customer refunds and credits
Maintain high store standards through cleanliness, presentation and overall store image
Keep up to date with, test and demonstrate all of our products
Assist with stock counts and highlight any discrepancies to the Store Manager
