1. Understand how smart gadgets work, and be capable to diagnose and test fault and repair, related academy background with radio or consumer electronics is preferable; 2. Be proficient in operating computers for fixing software or system issues, to recover, downgrade and upgrade the OS, and unlock phones; 3. Be capable of replacing and repairing phone parts such as LCD touchscreen, camera, earpiece, charging port and mic, etc.; 4. Be able to fix the basic problems with the motherboard, good soldering skills for chip and parts soldering; 5. Be committed to the job, quick learning and hard-working, and be able to work on own and in a team; 6. Greet visitors to the store and serve customers, and actively take advantage of all sales opportunities, by up-selling and cross-selling where appropriate; 7. Delivering exceptional customer service and building customer loyalty at all times; 8. Collecting information for purchasing new products; 9. Other duties may be given to improve the branch performance. It is preferable if you have previous experience in a similar position.
