Level 3 Food & Drink Technical Operator

Introduction
Advanced Food & Drink Process Operators are essential to high-performing, compliant, and continuously improving manufacturing environments. Working on production lines and offline projects, apprentices gain skills in health and safety, GMP, quality control, and Continuous Improvement (CI).
This Level 3 apprenticeship prepares them to take ownership of day-to-day production performance, identify root causes of downtime, reduce waste, and support the rollout of new products. With built-in development in leadership and data interpretation, they’ll become key contributors in keeping your business safe, productive, and future-proof.
