Programme Overview
The Level 5 Coaching Professional apprenticeship equips your people to coach individuals, teams and leaders with confidence, professionalism and impact. Whether coaching frontline employees or senior stakeholders, this programme supports learners to embed coaching into your culture. Through live sessions, one-to-ones, workplace application and a tailored portfolio, apprentices build critical skills in active listening, questioning, psychology, goal setting, ethics and reflective practice. With expert-led delivery and a coaching mindset woven throughout, learners help unlock performance and wellbeing at all levels.
