The role involves designing and maintaining a user-friendly website, collaborating with the marketing team, implementing SEO strategies, and creating engaging multimedia content. Candidates should have experience in web design, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Website Development & Maintenance: Design and develop a responsive, user-friendly website that showcases our properties and services. Regularly update the site to reflect new listings and market trends.
  • UI/UX Design: Ensure an intuitive and visually appealing interface that enhances client engagement and makes navigation simple and efficient.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to create visuals that align with the brand's messaging and real estate strategy.
  • SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to drive traffic and improve search engine rankings.
  • Content Creation: Design engaging multimedia content, such as banners, property listings, and promotional materials.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track website performance and user behavior using Google Analytics and other tools to optimize for user experience and lead conversion.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in web design and development, with a portfolio showcasing real estate or similar industries.
  • Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and popular CMS platforms.
  • Experience with SEO strategies and tools like Google Analytics.
  • Familiarity with industry trends, especially real estate market requirements.
  • Strong design aesthetics with attention to detail and client-centric approach.

Preferred Background:

  • Experience in industries such as real estate or luxury brand management, demonstrating your ability to translate complex services into visual storytelling.
  • Previous roles involving digital marketing, client outreach, or content creation, particularly with social media and video editing.
