As a growing organization, we are seeking a Marketing Development Manager to strengthen our marketing efforts, enhance our brand presence, and drive strategic growth in the London property market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and attract new clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, client needs, and opportunities for growth.
- Plan and oversee marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including digital, print, and social media.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with stakeholders to support business development initiatives.
- Monitor campaign performance using KPIs and analytics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing activities with company objectives.
- Organize and promote events to showcase the company's services and engage with clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the real estate or property management industry.
- Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and data.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including social media, CRM, and analytics software.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Leadership experience with a focus on team collaboration and talent development
Preferred Background:
- Experience in industries such as real estate or luxury brand management, demonstrating your ability to translate complex services into visual storytelling.
- Previous roles involving digital marketing, client outreach, or content creation, particularly with social media and video editing.
- Experience supporting teams in dynamic environments like Prime Garments Inc or engaging in creative brainstorming sessions at companies like KOL Network.
