As a growing organization, we are seeking a Marketing Development Manager to strengthen our marketing efforts, enhance our brand presence, and drive strategic growth in the London property market.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and attract new clients.
Conduct market research to identify trends, client needs, and opportunities for growth.
Plan and oversee marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including digital, print, and social media.
Establish and maintain partnerships with stakeholders to support business development initiatives.
Monitor campaign performance using KPIs and analytics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing activities with company objectives.
Organize and promote events to showcase the company's services and engage with clients.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the real estate or property management industry.
Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and data.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including social media, CRM, and analytics software.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Leadership experience with a focus on team collaboration and talent development

Preferred Background:

Experience in industries such as real estate or luxury brand management, demonstrating your ability to translate complex services into visual storytelling.
Previous roles involving digital marketing, client outreach, or content creation, particularly with social media and video editing.
Experience supporting teams in dynamic environments like Prime Garments Inc or engaging in creative brainstorming sessions at companies like KOL Network.
