Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company growth objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and negotiations to potential clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on business development activities, performance metrics, and outcomes.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the real estate sector.
  • Strong understanding of the real estate market, including trends and opportunities in Asian and European market
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels around the world
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
