We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Property Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing property operations, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and maintaining the value of our property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Property Management & Maintenance: Oversee the day-to-day management of residential and commercial properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and compliant with regulations.
  • Tenant Relations: Act as the main point of contact for tenants, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of tenant satisfaction.
  • Rent Collection & Financial Management: Monitor rent payments, handle arrears, and liaise with landlords and tenants regarding financial matters.
  • Legal Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all properties comply with local regulations, manage tenancy agreements, and coordinate necessary inspections and certifications.
  • Marketing & Lettings: Assist in marketing available properties, conducting viewings, and negotiating tenancy agreements to maximize occupancy rates.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in property management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of UK property laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties effectively.
  • Proficiency in property management software is a plus.
