Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored property solutions.
- Property Sales & Lettings – Guide clients through the process of buying, selling, renting, and letting properties, ensuring smooth transactions.
- Market Research & Analysis – Stay up to date with market trends, property values, and investment opportunities to provide informed advice.
- Negotiation & Deal Closure – Negotiate property prices and contract terms to achieve the best outcomes for clients and the company.
- Marketing & Lead Generation – Promote property listings through online and offline channels, attend networking events, and generate leads to drive sales.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in real estate sales, property consultancy, or a related field.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with the London property market is preferred.
- Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
