Electrical Support Engineer

Due to significant growth, we are currently seeking a support engineer to join our dedicated team at [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] Group. The ideal candidate will possess all the skills of a competent support engineer and demonstrate proficiency in electrical installation techniques to ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

• Coordination with the mechanical team to ensure efficient cable management and penetration sealing.
• Ensure strict compliance with industry standards and best practices for Electrical installations, prioritising safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, mechanical installers, and other team members.
• Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills to overcome challenges encountered during installations, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Uphold a strong commitment to safety, promoting a culture of safety awareness and risk mitigation on job sites through regular training and enforcement of safety protocols.
• Proven experience as an Electrician, with a demonstrable track record of successful projects and client satisfaction.
• To be able to learn and take direction.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Commitment to upholding company values of professionalism, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Nationwide travel to and from job sites as required.

Qualifications Minimum:

Should be working towards the below qualifications but not required to hold at this point, ideally should have a minimum electrical qualification but working towards NVQ level 3, AM2 and 2391

• City & Guilds 2360 or equivalent

Qualifications Advantage:

• PV course
• EV course
• EV charging experience.
• NVQ Level 3
• AM2
• City & Guilds 2391 or equivalent (2394/2395)
• ECS Gold card
