Job Title:Credit Controller and Accounts Administrator

Department: Finance

Reporting to: Clare Enser – Head of Finance

Location: Office Based – Western Road, Bracknell

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full Time – 8am to 4pm

Job Function:

To administer all aspects of the Accounts Receivable function, from raising invoices to allocating customer payments as well as supporting the small accounts team with general accounts tasks. Good Excel skills are essential, and QuickBooks experience is preferred.

Principle Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Raising sales Invoices.
  • Weekly Credit Control.
  • Allocating Customer Receipts.
  • Issuing Monthly Customer Statements.
  • Maintaining Customer Relations.
  • Support & assist the Accounts Payable function where required.
  • Assisting with the year end Audit.
  • Ad hoc duties, analysis and reporting as required.
