Project Administrator
The Project Administrator will support the Project Team with day-to-day operational and project requirements. The role wil also provide support as and when required with operational functions. Key to the success of all roles at EESG is a desire to get involved and demonstrate a positive can do attitude, and a willingness to go the extra mile. The Project Administrator will be an intrinsic link across all delivery teams. As Project Administrator, you will support the continuous improvement, ongoing development and embedding of the project management delivery processes.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support the operational team with updating client reports, RAMS and additional project documentation. Support all elements of project delivery which includes arranging stock deliverys and returns, management of project incidentals and compilation of site documentation.
- Work closely with the Project Managers to provide support for projects across the different technologies and disciplines.
- Ensure project delivery teams have all requirements to be able to complete the installation, such as arranging accommodation, storage and waste management.
- Ensure that the all fundamental pre-installation activities are completed, including DNO applications, structural surveys, pre-start meetings and required documentation.
- Ensure sales to operation handover is completed and required files are created and populated.
- Ensure new orders are acknowledged and clients are contacted.
- Work closely with the Head of Project Management to ensure that resources are correctly allocated.
Essential Skills:
- High motivation with relevant project management experience in electrical and or technical installation roles.
- Strong interpersonal skills with great attention to detail
- The ability to work under pressure and support multiple projects / schemes at once to meet deadlines
- Good organisational and time-management skills with a flexible approach to work
- Financial skills to manage and optimise budgets and profit margins
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
- Experience of working in a fast paced environment
