We have a new opening for Bread Chef at our restaurant. As a Bread Chef, you must have good skills in making authentic Porotta, Rotti, Dosa, Naan items. You will be expected to organize the kitchen, run the section during service, and manage inventories and cleanliness and be able to manage product costing and staff, etc. You must have strong all-around kitchen skills as all items are produced in-house from scratch. Ideally, you will have 5+ years of experience in a similar south Indian kitchen with excellent knowledge of regional Kerala cuisine with specific expertise in the preparation, blending, and marinating of regional spices for use in various breads. We are looking for someone who is passionate about cooking who can bring fresh ideas to the kitchen.
You must be a good team player and have a positive attitude and be able to work well under pressure in a close-knit team.
