FULL DESCRIPTION

Seeking a skilled chef specializing in South Indian Dosa and breads. Responsibilities include preparing various dosa and bread varieties, managing kitchen activities, ensuring hygiene, and maintaining ingredient quality. Candidates should have experience in Indian cuisine and a good understanding of ingredients.

Job Discerption:

- Good knowledge of all south Indian bread items for breakfast, lunch and dinner. - Dosa, Ghee Roast, Plain Dosa, Masala Dosa, Onion Dosa, Paper Masala Dosa, Cheese Dosa, Rava Dosa, and other varieties of Dosa are the normal and demanding dishes. - Appam, Idiyappam, Pathiri, Steamed Cake, Chappati, Uthappam, Battoora, Poori Masala are main in daily menu. - Sound knowledge of ingredients in preparation of Indian bread items such as Rice flour, wheat flour and its proper mixing. - Ensure the quality of ingredients and the hygiene of cooking place. - Monitor and ensure the helpers are meeting the hygiene parameters and ensure the health and safety notes. - Skilful and creative to try new dishes mixing up with western appetite. - Manage the whole kitchen activities and be responsible for smooth functioning of kitchen.
