# COLLEGE ADMINISTRATOR– PERMANENT – £20K– SOUTH MANCHESTER – MON-FRI A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join an award winning provider of online higher education – [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk]. The College has over 1500 students and delivers online courses in over 24 countries.  Working in a multifaceted environment and fast paced environment, your duties will include  Duties will include: Providing administrative support to Students  Maintaining data on student files, intranet and other records Providing clear communications to teaching staff and internal administrators Collating information and providing reports Sending out mail using CRM software and via post 3 speak to students on the phone daily Ideally, you will have worked in an educational institution before and take pride in your excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills as well as being empathetic. Any background within a medical or healthcare administrative role would also be of interest. You will be expected to manage your own schedule. Having Excellent time management and organisational skills are fundamental. We would also expect you to have: • Previous experience of working in a college or training set up • Previous experience of making phone calls and interacting with students • Good communication and interpersonal skills Qualification & Experience: • Degree in a relevant field and Level 4/5 Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business or digital marketing, • Good IT Skills – Knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Windows 10 or Macs, • Knowledge of use of webinar software – Zoom, CRM Software like HubSpot, • Knowledge and working of Moodle – Learner Management System – Moodle • Previous experience in a teaching role or relevant Business/ Administration qualification in a college or university, • Able to multi-task, managing time to meet frequently changing deadlines, in a fast-paced environment, • Able to interact with students of all ages and skill levels, • Must have a valid DBS certificate.
