The program includes English training, lectures, and clinical observation in GP clinics and community hospitals. Participants will gain experience in medical management and learn about the UK NHS system.

1、 Overview of project background training

The name of general practitioners in the UK is GP, namely General Practitioner. The UK GP system is an important part of the National Health System (NHS). When using NHS, British residents must first pass the GP before entering the specialized hospital. This has greatly alleviated the pressure of specialized hospitals. With the continuous reform and promotion of China's medical service system, how to reasonably allocate limited medical resources and reduce the huge pressure of China's specialized hospitals has become one of the problems that must be considered and solved. The UK NHS GP system provides a good reference for China. UK Medu is a professional organization located in Manchester, England, which provides services for friendly cooperation and personnel exchange between British and Chinese medical institutions. It also has rich experience and extensive resources in GP communication and training. Through its more than 70 general practice clinics, medical centers and community hospitals in various regions of the UK, we can meet the needs of various projects in GP in China. The GP exchange program that we carry out the most is the three-month GP clinical observation and practice program in the UK. Through this project, medical personnel can learn about the advanced medical management models and methods in foreign countries, learn from the advanced medical management regulations, policy measures and practical experience in foreign countries, improve the theoretical and practical capabilities of the management in the medical field in China, and optimize the medical management, supervision and leadership.

2、 General introduction of the project

本项目每年举办 3期，每期培训时间12周，由全科诊所结合学员实际需求进行课程设计，并由英国高层医疗管理人员和医护人员担任师资。培训结束后，由全科诊所颁发学习证书。 参与全科诊所的实践，也有机会参与诊所协办的丰富的社区活动，体验当地文化。
