Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and daily living support, such as washing, dressing, and meal preparation.
  • Assist clients with mobility and medication as required.
  • Offer companionship and emotional support, helping clients feel safe and valued.
  • Promote independence, encouraging clients to live fulfilling lives at home.
  • Follow individual care plans accurately and report any changes in condition to the care team.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure consistent, compassionate care.
  • Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and respect in every aspect of the role.

Requirements

  • Valid DBS / background check.
