Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and daily living support, such as washing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Assist clients with mobility and medication as required.
- Offer companionship and emotional support, helping clients feel safe and valued.
- Promote independence, encouraging clients to live fulfilling lives at home.
- Follow individual care plans accurately and report any changes in condition to the care team.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure consistent, compassionate care.

Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — compassionate, patient, and dependable.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high-quality, person-centred care.
- Previous experience in a care or support role is desirable but not essential — full training provided.
- Valid DBS / background check.
- A driving licence and access to a car (essential).
