🕒 Full-time (2:1 Support, Day & Waking Night Shifts)

Female Support Workers

Are you an experienced female support worker with a passion for making a difference in someone’s life?

[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is looking for strong, empathetic professionals to provide person-centred 2:1 care for a female client with complex mental health, learning disabilities, and diabetes.

What You’ll Do

Personal care, hygiene, and healthy eating support
Manage risks like self-neglect, absconding, verbal aggression
Emotional reassurance and calm behaviour management
Help with community access and daily routines
Work alongside MDTs (nurses, CPNs, social workers)

Requirements

Female only (Occupational Requirement)
1+ year’s experience in mental health or LD support
Strong communication and de-escalation skills
DBS & right to work in UK
Familiar with trauma-informed approaches

Desirable

Level 2/3 Health & Social Care
PMVA/MAPA or PBS knowledge
Experience supporting adults under DoLS or s117
Nutrition or diabetes support awareness
