## Job Specification: As a Care Assistant you will be required to maintain a high level of care with residents, relatives, and visitors. You will be required to care for the resident’s physical, psychological and social needs, by assisting them in their daily activities. We offer our care staff flexible hours on a full or part time basis.
You must demonstrate the following skills:
- Compassion and empathy
- Self-motivated and organised
- Effectively working on your own or as part of a team
- Flexible and work well under pressure
- Communicate effectively
- Able to build positive and professional relationships with the residents
Licence / Certifications:
- NVQ Level 2 Health and Social Care (Desirable)
- Previous experience is desirable, but not essential
- Enhanced DBS is required
