Learning Mentor – New Barn School, Welford RG20 8HZ \n 25p/h | Hours: 40/week, Mon–Fri | Start: December 2025 / January 2026\n Permanent | Term Time Only | UK applicants only (no sponsorship) | Earn £1,000 if you refer a friend who joins us! (New Barn School is growing — and we’re looking for passionate, caring Learning Mentors to join our team. \n As a Learning Mentor, you’ll support pupils with complex SEND and SEMH needs, helping them access learning, build confidence, and feel safe, understood, and empowered. Your day-to-day will include preparing learning materials, guiding pupils through classroom activities, and delivering hands-on, personalised support. You’ll work closely with teachers to embed a therapeutic, pupil-centred approach, ensuring every student has the chance to thrive both academically and emotionally.

\n\n Experience in the SEMH or SEN sector is highly desirable, and experience supporting pupils with ASC is a real advantage.
