Sales Assistant / Telesales

Job description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant/Telesales to join our growing team at [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] in Isleworth, London. You will play a key role in driving sales through phone calls, providing excellent customer service, and building strong relationships with our customer.

Day-to-day duties:

• Process customer orders efficiently and accurately over the phoner face-to-face.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
• Identify upselling opportunities for existing customers and develop strategies to acquire new customers.
• Achieve daily sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
• Prepare accurate sales reports and provide daily sales overviews.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, fostering strong relationships with customers.
• Liaising with the warehouse manager in regards to stock issues
• Processing payments either by credit card or cash
• Dealing with Insurance and Parking Tickets
• Administration duties

Qualifications:

• Experience in sales or customer service (preferred).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A positive attitude and a passion for sales.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £24,000.00 per year
