About the Role
Full-time, permanent Monday - Friday, 7am - 3pm Salary: £30,000- £45,000 per annum
Requirements
We are looking for an individual who has: - Degree in accounting or any other related area. - Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close. - Excellent mentoring, coaching and good people management skills. - Excellent time management skills to maximise their ability to reach goals. - Ability to identify, recruit and hire talented sales reps. - Extremely responsible. - An excellent communicator. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box. - Impeccable attention to detail. - Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant computer software.
Job Description:
- Discusses business methods, products or services and targets customer group with employer or client in order to identify marketing requirements. - Establishes an appropriate quantitative and qualitative market research methodology and prepares proposals outlining programmes of work and details of costs. - Collates and interprets findings of market research and presents results to clients. - Examines and analyses sales figures, advises on and monitors marketing campaigns and promotional activities. - Produces and/or assesses reports and recommendations concerning marketing and sales strategies. - Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing sales teams and by assessing the teams’ strengths and weaknesses. - Discusses possible changes that need to be made in terms of design, price, packaging, promotion etc. in light of market research with appropriate departments. - Establishing productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts. - Building and promoting healthy, long-lasting customer relations by partnering with them. - Developing and implementing new sales initiatives, strategies and programmes to capture key demographics. - Briefs advertising team on client requirements, monitors the progress of advertising campaigns and liaises with client on potential modifications.
