The Role:
As part of our growing team, you will manage a diverse caseload of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant work, secured lending, and development projects. You’ll collaborate with a wide range of clients, from developers to investors, all while receiving guidance from our experienced and collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a variety of commercial property transactions
- Deliver clear, commercially-focused advice to clients
- Assist senior team members on complex matters
- Engage in business development and client relationship management
About You:
- 2–5 years PQE in commercial property
- Strong technical expertise with a proactive, client-centric approach
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
