Our weekends are busy — and profitable. That’s why we’re looking for a confident, motivated Weekend Sales Executive who can maximise opportunities and close deals when footfall is at its highest.

This role operates on the same commission structure as our full-time Sales Executives, with a pro rata basic salary based on £22,000 FTE.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Welcoming customers and delivering an outstanding showroom experience
  • Understanding customer needs and matching them to the right vehicle
  • Arranging and conducting test drives
  • Presenting finance, warranty, and value-added products
  • Managing the sales process from enquiry to handover
  • Achieving and exceeding weekend sales targets

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous face-to-face sales experience (automotive, retail, or similar)
  • Confident closer with strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Motivated, target-driven, and hungry to earn
  • Professional, well-presented, and customer-focused
  • Strong attention to detail and a team-first attitude
  • Full UK driving licence
  • FCA accreditation (training provided if required)
