Full time: Residential Property Solicitor – Clifton
Due to our continued success and growth in 2025, we have an excellent opportunity for a Residential Property Solicitor, 3 years PQE, to join our busy and highly regarded conveyancing team.
You must have a range of experience advising clients on the following:-
- Purchases (registered and unregistered, leasehold, freehold, shared ownership, new build);
- Sales (registered and unregistered, leasehold, freehold, shared ownership);
- Re-mortgaging;
- Transfers of equity;
- Equity release;
- Right to buy;
- Lease extensions.
